Management

• John A. Zebala, M.D., Ph.D. , President and Chief Executive Officer is the founder of Syntrix.  Dr. Zebala received both his M.D. and Ph.D. (Molecular Biology) from the Weill Medical College at Cornell University and received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.  He is the principle investigator on six NIH grants awarded to the Company.  He completed his post-doctoral training in Laboratory Medicine and Anatomic Pathology at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.

• Christopher K. Ma, Director of Business Affairs.  From 1997-2001, Mr. Ma was a Financial Advisor with the Private Client Services group at Morgan Stanley where he managed both corporate / institutional and retail accounts.  From 1994-1997 he was a Director of Business Development with the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine, where he had responsibility for the marketing and sale of the Division's instructional-software products.  He earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Washington.
